We strive to ensure that your orders are shipped promptly. Most orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2 PM Central Time will be shipped the following business day. If your order is on backorder or is sold out, we will reach out to you via the email or phone number that you provided. Please note that our site usually updates daily by 6 PM.

During the holiday season and/or on national/public holidays, carrier services may experience shipping delays, so please be aware of this.

Return Policy
We aim to exceed your expectations and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that you may need to make a return or an exchange.

If you wish to return a product, you may do so for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund less shipping costs via your original form of payment. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original shipping invoice. You should also complete the Return Form included with the invoice and include it with the item for return. Please be aware that items purchased with promotional codes or certificates may result in an adjusted refund amount. Please allow up to 14 days to process your return and credit your original form of tender. Please note that shipping charges are not credited on your return.

Free Exchanges at SimplyElegantBoutique.com
We offer free exchanges on all apparel and accessory items every day. Please use the merchandise return form provided in your package to indicate your replacement item and return your order to us. We will exchange your item and send it back to you. However, please note that special order items are final sale, and larger home furnishing products require manager approval before shipping back to us. Please call our office number at 815-777-3720 to verify your return.
